Tuna Mushroom Mornay Ingredients

60 g Butter or margarine 1 c Milk
2 Onions; sliced 1 cn Tuna; drained
2 tb Plain flour 1 cn Mushrooms in sauce

Instructions for Tuna Mushroom Mornay

Melt butter and saute onions until soft but not brown. Add flour and fry for a few minutes. Stir while gradually adding milk. When smooth add drained tuna and mushrooms. Warm through and serve with rice. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 665 by "Anna Zapral/David Sudmalis" on Jan 31, 1998
