Suggest a better descriptionIn a heavy skillet brown the turkey (or beef) in oil, breaking up meat with spoon, about 5 minutes or til lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients, except the dumplings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and, stirring occasionally, simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for dumplings in large bowl. Drop by tablespoonfuls into the meat mixture.
