Asian Slaw Ingredients

STEP 14 c Dikon radish; julienned
1 lb Shiitake mushrooms 4 c Carrots; julienned
1 c Peanut oil 4 c Red onion; roasted,
1/4 c Sesame oil 2 bn Green onion; thin bias cut
6 tb Soy sauce 1 c Jicama; julienned
1 c Balsamic vinegar STEP 3
1 1/2 tb Garlic; minced 2 Juice of lemon

Instructions for Asian Slaw

STEP 1: 1. Toss all. 2. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. 3. Cool, then julienne. STEP 2: 1. Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms. STEP 3: 1.
