3 c Beans, black; cooked very	1 lg Onions; minced
8 oz Cream cheese; cubed	1 lg Avocado; cut in strips
12 Tostadas, small	1 Chile, chipotle; cut in

Instructions for Tostadas De Frijol (Bean Tostadas)

Heat the beans with the cream cheese, but do not allow the mixture to boil, as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a layer of the mixture on the tostadas, followed by a layer of onion, avocado and chile.
