Tomato Salsa Ingredients

1 Haas avocado, pitted, peeled 2 ts White wine vinegar
2 Vine ripened tomatoes, 1 tb Olive oil
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and Salt
2 tb Snipped chives

Instructions for Tomato Salsa

Combine all of the ingredients and spoon over sliced Wiener Schnitzel. Yield: about 1 1/2 cups.
