Ingredients
- 1 pk (6 oz.) lemon Jello (sugar
- 2 Baked 9" Pet Ritz deep dish
- 1 1/3 c Boiling water
- 1 c Vanilla ice cream
- 1 c Lite peaches, chopped
- 1/2 pt Strawberries, chopped
- 8 oz Carton Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill. Garnish with strawberries. A very lite dessert. Posted to Bakery Shoppe Digest148 by Chris & Karen on Jul 06, 1997
