Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Edible Flowers Ingredients

2 md Beefsteak tomatoes; sliced Salt and pepper to taste
2 md Non-acidic tomatoes; sliced 1 tb Mustard
3/4 lb Fresh mozzarella cheese; 2 tb Chives; snipped
1 c Mixed edible flowers 3 tb Champagne vinegar
DRESSING2/3 c Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions for Tomatoes, Mozzarella and Edible Flowers

PICK OF THE DAY EDIBLE FLOWERS SHOW #PD1B02 In a mixing bowl combine, salt and pepper, mustard and chives. Stir in the vinegar. Slowly add the oil, whisking continually.
