Avocado and Mushroom Salad Ingredients
1/8 c
Olive oil
12 oz Green
bell pepper
,diced
1/4 c Whole grain
mustard
1 lb White
mushroom
s
1/2 c Sherry wine
vinegar
1 Avacado,whole
1/2 c
Basil
leaves,chopped
6 Butterhead
lettuce
leaves
12 oz
Red bell pepper
,diced
12 Italian bread slices
Instructions for Avocado and Mushroom Salad
In a large bowl, mix oil, mustard, vinegar, basil and bell peppers. Set aside. Wash mushrooms and slice. Add to the dressing mixture and marinate for 10 minutes. Serve each salad portion on a leaf of lettuce. Fan sliced avacado on top and serve with two slices of grilled Italian bread. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmdjaxxx.zip
