Bacon n Cheddar Beer Soup Ingredients

Vegetable oil
1 qt
Chicken stock
1 1/2 lb
Onion
s; coarsely chopped
1 1/4 lb Mixed Vegetables; frozen
1 1/4 lb
Potato
es; diced
1/2 ts
Paprika
1 lb
Carrot
s; diced
1/2 ts
White Pepper
1 lb
Celery
; sliced
1/4 ts
Liquid Smoke
flavor
2 c
Beer
2 tb
Parsley
; chopped
Instructions for Bacon n Cheddar Beer Soup
1. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot. Add onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. 2. Add remaining ingredients. Combine thoroughly. Simmer 20 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. Makes 25 one cup servings.
