Tomato Basil Quiche Ingredients

2 Onions, medium chopped 1 1/2 c Milk
2 Tomatoes, medium chopped 1 1/2 c Cheese, grated, your choice
1 tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil 9 9" Prepared Pie Crust
1 c Basil, fresh chopped * Thin Cheese Slices for Top
6 Eggs

Instructions for Tomato Basil Quiche

* 1/4 cup dried basil may be used Bake crust 5 minutes at 400. Lower heat to 350. Saute onion nad tomato until onion is soft. add basil and cook until wilted. Remove from heat, set aside. Beat eggs and milk together, set aside. Spread vegetables in crust, add grated cheese, pour milk mixture over, stir slightly. Top with cheese slices.
