Baked Bean Casserole #2 Ingredients

8 sl Bacon; fried, drained and 1 ts Salt
1 Onion; cut in rings 1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Brown sugar 1 cn (16-oz) lima beans
1 ts Dry mustard 1 cn (16-oz) kidney beans
1/2 ts Garlic salt 1 cn (16-oz) New England style

Instructions for Baked Bean Casserole #2

From: Kelly Date: Wed, 26 Jun 1996 19:27:28 -0400 After frying bacon, place onion in skillet with bacon drippings. Add sugar, dry mustard, garlic salt, salt and vinegar. Cook covered, 10 minutes. Combine beans. Add bacon to onion mixture and pour over beans. Pour in a 3-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
