Three Minute Microwave Fudge Ingredients
1 lb
Powdered sugar
(3 3/4 cups)
1/4 c
Milk
1/2 c
Cocoa
1 ts
Vanilla
1 Stick
margarine
(1/2 cup)
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Instructions for Three Minute Microwave Fudge
(very rich, but fun for the kids to make) Combine sugar and cocoa in microwave-safe bowl. Place stick of margarine on top of sugar/cocoa mixture. Pour milk over all. DO NOT STIR. Microwave at high for 3 minutes Stir well and add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 8 x 8 pan Cool 20 minutes before slicing Posted to EAT-L Digest 24 Mar 97 by "P. J. Wheeler"
