Tin Roof Pie Ingredients
1/4 c
Peanut butter
1 qt
Vanilla
ice cream, softened
1/4 c Light
corn
syrup
3 tb Un
salt
ed peanuts, chopped
2 c
Corn
flakes, crushed
Chocolate
syrup, heated
Instructions for Tin Roof Pie
In a 9" pie plate, combine peanut butter and corn syrup. Add cereal and mix until well combined. Press into bottom and sides of plate. Chill. Spoon softened ice cream into shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Serve with warm chocolate syrup. Serves 6 - 8 Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #267 by Marge McInnes
