2 tb Vegetable oil 2 Green onions; 1in pieces
1 Thin slice ginger root 1 ts Sugar
1 Garlic clove; minced 1/4 ts Pepper
3/4 c Beef broth

DIRECTIONS ~------------------------------------------------------ ~--- CUT MEAT INTO 1 1/2 IN CUBES. IN LARGE SKILLET OR WOK HEAT OIL. ADD BEEF GINGER AND GARLIC; STIRFRY UNTIL MEAT IS BROWN ON ALL SIDES, ABOUT 2 MINUTES. MIX REMAINING INGRED. AND ADD TO BEEF. HEAT TO BOILING, REDUCE HEAT.
