Toasted Pumpkin Seeds #1 Ingredients

Pumpkin seeds from 1 pumpkin 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Butter; melted

Instructions for Toasted Pumpkin Seeds #1

Preheat oven to 350?. Remove large fibers from pumpkin seeds. DO NOT WASH SEEDS. Mix ingredients together and add to pumpkin seeds, coating well. Arrange seeds on a cookie sheet with edges. I've never made pumpkin seeds this way before - they were quite good. I could really taste the butter. I added a little salt after roasting. I think these are best eaten warm after cooking because of the butter.
