Thai-Style Marinade Ingredients

FOR POULTRY AND PORK	2 Garlic cloves
Peel of 1 lemon	1 tb Fresh cilantro; chopped
Peel of 1 orange	1/4 ts Freshly ground pepper
1/2 c Soy sauce	1 Small bay leaf
1/2 c Oyster sauce	2 tb Honey
1/2 ts Ginger root; chopped

Instructions for Thai-Style Marinade
