Peanut Butter Chocolate Crust Pie Ingredients

CRUST1 c Creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c Chocolate cookie crumbs 1 c Sugar
1/4 c Sugar 1 tb Butter; softened
1/4 c Butter; melted 1 ts Vanilla extract
FILLING1 c Heavy cream; whipped
8 oz Cream cheese; softened Grated chocolate or

Instructions for Peanut Butter Chocolate Crust Pie

1. Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes; cool. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. 3. Fold in whipped cream and gently spoon into crust. 4. Sprinkle with chocolate or cookie crumbs if deisred. Refrigerate.
