The Mexican Wrap Ingredients

1/2 c Mild salsa 4 sl Turkey
1/2 c Canned black beans; drained 8 oz Grated monterey jack cheese
4 Flour tortillas 1 c Shredded romaine lettuce

Instructions for The Mexican Wrap

In the food processor, combine the salsa and the black beans. Blend until combined but still chunky. Lay out a tortilla and spread one fourth of the bean mixture over it, leaving a 1/2-inch border. On the bottom half, lay a piece of turkey, 2 ounces of cheese and some shredded lettuce. Fold one end of the tortilla in toward the center and then, from the bottom half, roll it closed.
