Instructions for The Misers Feast (Welsh)
GlNLEDD Y CYBYDD Peel and slice the potatoes and onions. Place in salted water and bring to the boil. Then add the s#ices of bacon or tha piace of ham. Add pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Drain and serve hot or cold. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #253 by "ray.watson"
