Things Ingredients
8 Flour
tortilla
shells
2 tb
Butter
1 lb Ground chuck
1/2 c Diced
onion
3/4 c
Onion
1/3 c
Flour
1 cn Diced green chilies
Milk
1 c Shredded
cheddar
cheese
Picante sauce to taste
Instructions for Things
First make the white sauce. Sautee the 1/2 cup diced onion in 2 Tbsp. butter. When the onions are clear add the 1/3 cup flour. Dissolve milk to the consistancy of pudding, and set this aside and cool. Next, prepare the ground meat by adding the 3/4 cup onion and seasonings to taste. Fry the tortilla shells. You are now ready to assemble the Things. Spread shells with onion sauce. Sprinkle the hamburger over the top, then the green chilies,shredded cheddar cheese, and picante sauce to taste.
