Three Cheese Potato Fluff Ingredients

1/2 Bag Ore-Ida mashed potatoes, 3 lg Scallions
3/4 c Milk 1/4 c Onion, chopped
1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded 1 ts Salt
1/4 c Parmesan cheese 1/2 ts Freshly ground pepper
3/4 c Sharp cheddar cheese, 3 lg Eggs, separated

Instructions for Three Cheese Potato Fluff

Preheat oven to 375?. Add milk to the prepared potatoes, cheeses, scallions, onions, salt and pepper and egg yolks. Mix together thoroughly until well blended. In a small bowl with mixer on high speed, whip the egg whites until stiff peak form. Gently fold beaten egg whites into mashed potato mixture. Spoon the mixture into a greased 3" deep casserole dish.
