Three Fruit Cobbler Melange Ingredients

8 Granny smith apples; peeled 1/8 c Brown sugar
1 Bag frozen peaches; small 1 c Lowfat granola or museli
1/4 c Frozen raspberries or Cinnamon; to taste
1/4 c Pecans broken into small Nutmeg; to taste
1/4 Cube butter; (not too much) 1 Pear; peeled and sliced

Instructions for Three Fruit Cobbler Melange

Place apple slices in a small glass baking dish 9 x 12 inch to the top. Add peaches, pear, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix and bake in microwave for approximately 12 minutes. (Until apples are soften, but not mushy.) Remove and add raspberries or blueberries. Gently fold mixture together. Add granola. Serve in individual dishes.
