Baked Chicken Parmesean Ingredients
3 lb Broiler
fryer
; cut up;
1 c
Corn
flake crumbs
3/4 c
Mayonnaise
1/2 c
Parmesan
cheese
Instructions for Baked Chicken Parmesean
Brush chicken with mayonaise: coat with combined remaining ingredients. Place in 9+13 inch bakiang dish. Bake at 350? 1 hour or until tender. NOTES : Variations Substitute 1 pound fish fillets for chicken.. Reduce mayo to 1/3 cup, crumbs to 1/2 cup and parmesan cheese to 1/4 cup.
