Baked Chicken Salad Ingredients
3 c Chopped; cooked
chicken
1 1/2 ts
Salt
1 1/2 c
Celery
; sliced
1 ds
Pepper
1 c Shredded sharp
cheddar
sl
Tomato
1 tb Chopped
onion
1 1/2 c Crushed
potato
chips
1 tb
Lemon
juice
Instructions for Baked Chicken Salad
Combine chicken, celery, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, lemon juice, seasonings & enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart casserole & top with tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese & chips & continue baking until cheese is melted. Serves 6. LOUISE ETOCH From
