Baked Cod Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Cod fillets; or other	1/4 ts Lemon pepper
1 tb Plus 1 tsp. olive oil

Instructions for Baked Cod

Cook: 10 min. Preheat oven to 375?F. Arrange fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout. Posted to recipelu-digest by molony on Feb 20, 1998
