Baked Doves in Sherry Ingredients

12 Doves 2 Bunches shallots
Flour 12 sl Slices bacon
Salt and pepper 1 c Sherry
Oil 2 cn (4-oz) sliced mushrooms

Instructions for Baked Doves in Sherry

Salt and pepper doves; dredge with flour and brown in small amount of oil. Place 3-4 shallots in chest cavity; wrap doves with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place in pan; add sherry and mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve sauce in pan with doves. Men like this one!
