Peanut Butter Crumble Cake Ingredients
1 3/4 c
Flour
1/2 ts
Salt
1/2 c Light
brown sugar
1/2 c
Raisins
1/2 c
Sugar
1 tb Ground
ginger
1/2 ts
Cinnamon
3/4 c Soured
milk

1/2 c
Butter
1 lg
Egg
1 ts
Baking powder
1/2 c Chunky
peanut butter
1/2 ts
Baking soda
Instructions for Peanut Butter Crumble Cake
Heat oven to 350. Put flour, sugars & cinnamon in 8-9" ungreased baking pan. Stir with fork to mix well. Add butter & crumble. Set aside 3/4 cup. Add baking powder, soda & salt. Stir to blend. Add milk & egg & stir until blended. Stir peanut butter into reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan. ** To sour milk: 2 tsp. lemon juice in glass measure.
