Baked Fresh Fish Ingredients

Cooking oil SAUCE
1 lb Fish filets 3 tb Butter or margarine
Crazy Jane salt 1 ts Tarragon
Black pepper; freshly ground 2 ts Capers with juice
Dill weed; crushed 2 tb Lemon juice
Butter

Instructions for Baked Fresh Fish

Spray or brush cookie sheet with cooking oil. Place filets on greased surface and sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed and dots of butter. Bake at 375? for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and bake another 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is flaky. To make sauce melt the butter, tarragon, capers and lemon juice together. Serve sauce over warm fish. Yield: 4 servings.
