Baked Garlic-Thyme Chicken2 Ingredients

Butter
; softened
1 ts Dried
thyme

Scallion

Salt
2 Cloves
garlic

1/4 ts Freshly
ground pepper

Lemon
juice
3 lb
Chicken
; cut up
Instructions for Baked Garlic-Thyme Chicken2
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, blend together butter, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper. 2. Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
