Baked Mashed Potatoes Ingredients

7 md Potatoes; boiled and drained	1 ts Onion powder
8 oz Cream cheese	Milk; if needed
8 oz Sour cream

Instructions for Baked Mashed Potatoes

Use 7-8 medium potatoes, boiled and drained. Add 8 ozs. cream cheese, 8 ozs. sour cream., 1 tsp. onion powder and some milk, if needed and mash good. I adapted this recipe by piping the potatoes into plates with apastry bag. Then I broiled the plates just enough to lightly brown the peaks. That was used as a base for serving the rest of the meal. It was quite elegant.
