Tex-Mex Chicken and Rice Casserole Ingredients

1 1/2 c Chopped; cooked chicken 1 1/2 c Water
1 cn (15-oz.) pinto or red 1 1/2 c Instant rice
1 cn (10-oz.) Ro-tel (diced 4 Cubes or tsp. instant

Instructions for Tex-Mex Chicken and Rice Casserole

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 10 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
