Tex-Mex Dip #1 Ingredients

3 Medium-size ripe avacados 1 pk Taco seasoning mix
2 tb Lemon juice 2 cn (10-oz) bean dip; plain or
1/2 ts Salt 1 Bunch green onions; chopped
1/4 ts Pepper 3 md Tomatoes; cored, seeded,
1 c Sour cream 2 cn (3.5-oz) pitted ripe olives;
1/2 c Mayonnaise 8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese;

Instructions for Tex-Mex Dip #1

Peel, pit & mash avacados in medium-size bowl with lemon juice, salt & pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise & taco seasoning mix in bowl. Spread bean dip on a large, shallow serving platter. Top with avacado mixture, then layer with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes & olives. Cover with shredded cheese.
