Baked Swiss Steak Ingredients

2 lb Round Steak; 1 inch thick 1 cn (28 Oz) Tomatoes
Flour 1/3 c Catsup
1 lg Onion 1 cn (8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
1 Green Bell Pepper 2 ts Horseradish
4 Stalks Celery 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
3 lg Carrots Salt And Pepper; to taste

Instructions for Baked Swiss Steak

Roll meat in flour and brown in fat in skillet. Place in a large, deep baking dish. Cut onion, pepper, celery, and carrots in large pieces and add to the meat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the meat. Bake, covered, for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, at 325?, until tender.
