Baked Turkey Loaf Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Ground turkey 1/4 ts Dried oregano; crushed
1/2 md Onion; finely chopped 10 ml Garlic; crushed
Celery stalk; finely chopped PER SERVING
1/4 c Fresh parsley; minced *cals
1 tb Bell pepper; finely chopped *mg chol
1/2 c Whole-wheat bread crumbs; *gm dietary fiber
1/4 c Skim milk; or chicken stock *gm fat
Egg white; slightly beaten *mg sodium
1/4 ts Black pepper; freshly ground

Instructions for Baked Turkey Loaf

Mix all ingredients until just blended. Do not overmix. Press the mixture into a 4 x 9-inch nonstick loaf pan. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
