Teriyaki Beef or Chicken Ingredients
1/2 c
Soy sauce
1 Clove
garlic
; minced
1/2 c
Sugar
3/4 ts Ground
ginger
1 1/2 tb
Red wine vinegar
1 lb Chicken breast or
beef
2 ts
Vegetable oil
or sesame oil
1 c Regular uncooked
rice
Instructions for Teriyaki Beef or Chicken
Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic and ginger to make marinade. Freeze meat in marinade in 1 gallon freezer bag. When preparing to serve, thaw meat. Pour chicken or beef and marinade into a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven 350, for 35 minutes. Prepare rice. Serve over rice.

Great recipe. I used flank steak, thinly sliced. Marinated it 24 hours.

Great dinner. My wife's first comment was "you can make this one again" I used chicken thighs and marinated for 3 hours in the fridge. May try to thicken the marinade a little after cooking. I think it will make a better sauce for the rice if a little thicker.

I used this sauce over cooked beef, brocoli and onion, and put it on giant wheat tortillas with chopped lettuce for a great tasting burrito ... it is really a great tasting sauce!
