Teriyaki Shish Kabobs Ingredients

1 3-pound round steak 1 1/2" TERIYAKI MARINADE
1 cn (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple 1 c Firmly packed light brown
8 oz Small whole fresh mushrooms; 2/3 c Catsup
3 md Onions; quartered and 2/3 c Vinegar
2 md Green peppers; cut into 1/2 c Soy sauce
1 pt Cherry tomatoes 1/2 c Vegetable oil
Teriyaki Marinade 6 Cloves garlic; finely
Hot Cooked RIce 2 ts Ground ginger

Instructions for Teriyaki Shish Kabobs

Prepare vegetables and meat; place all but tomatoes in large shallow baking dish. Pour Teriyaki Marinade on top. Marinate overnight; stir occasionally. Skewer marinated ingredients with tomatoes. Grill or broil to desired doneness; brush with marinade during cooking. Serve over Rice. For Teriyaki Marinade: In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well.
