Balkan Cornmeal Mush (Polenta) Ingredients

3 c Water TOPPING
1 ts Salt 1 c Tomato sauce
1 c Stone ground corn meal 1/2 Lemon; juice of
3 tb Chopped fresh dill Fresh ground black pepper.
4 oz Crumbled feta cheese

Instructions for Balkan Cornmeal Mush (Polenta)

Boil water and salt. add stone ground corn meal, cook several minutes. Stir in chopped fresh dill and feta cheese. Serve topped with tomato sauce, adjusted as follows: To 1 cup tomato sauce add the juice of 1/2 lemon plus fresh ground black pepper.
