Peanut Crunch Ingredients

5 oz Butter 1 c Coconut
2 Dessert spoons golden syrup 1 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Brown sugar ICING
1 c Flour 2 oz Butter
1/2 c Chopped peanuts 2 Dessert spoons golden syrup
1 c Cornflakes 1 1/2 c Icing sugar

Instructions for Peanut Crunch

Place in a sponge roll tin and bake in slow to mod. oven about 15 mins. Ice while still warm. Icing: Melt butter and golden syrup, then add icing sugar. Mix well then spread over slice.
