Tangy Lemon Icing Ingredients

Egg
white
1/2 ts Grated
lemon
rind
1/8 ts
Salt
2 tb
Lemon
juice
2 tb Melted
butter
Yellow
food coloring
Instructions for Tangy Lemon Icing
Blend half of sugar, egg white, salt, melted butter & lemon rind in large bowl. Add 1 Tbls. lemon juice. Blend remaining sugar into mixture gradually. Stir in enough lemon juice to reach desired consistency. Tint. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
