Syrian Feta Spread Ingredients

1/2 lb Feta cheese	1 Clove garlic; crushed
1/2 lb Ricotta cheese	1 tb Dill; chopped
6 tb Softened butter	2 tb Parsley; chopped

Instructions for Syrian Feta Spread

Process feta until finely crumbled. Add herbs and garlic and process. Add ricotta and butter. Blend until smooth. Suggested Wine: New Land Vineyards 1994 Dry Riesling NOTES : Chopped walnuts, black olives or scallions may be added.
