Ingredients


Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 min or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. The meat mixture was okay but there was too much topping. It wasn't as good as it looks in the picture.

This dish was very fast and easy to prepare. The only thing i would probably do different next time is use an 8X11X2" pan and less crust. I thought that there was a little too much crust and like to cut back on carbs where I can. But other than that it was very good.

this was a simple and easy recipe. it tasted okay but wasn't what i was expecting. i did not enjoy it, but my husband did. maybe different variations of the same recipe would be good.

Called for a 13x9x2 pan. Wasn''t enough meat mixture to cover the bottom. I ended up putting it in a 12x9x2 pan, then there was too much topping. I would suggest the 12x9x2 and cutting the topping in half.
