Barbecued Pork Butt Ingredients

5 lb Pork butt; (up to 7) 2 tb Paprika
3 tb Sugar 1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Garlic salt 1 tb Black pepper
2 ts Seasoned salt 1/2 ts Allspice
2 ts Celery salt 1/4 ts Ground cloves
2 ts Onion salt 1/4 ts Ground ginger

Instructions for Barbecued Pork Butt

Combine all of the dry ingredients and blend well. Prepare the pork butt as desired. Cook with or without the bone. Trim the cap fat. Season all over with the seasoning mixture. Rub in if desired.
