Sweet Potato Pone Ingredients

4 c Grated peeled raw sweet	3/4 c Dark corn syrup
Potatoes	1/2 c Flour
1 Egg, well beaten	1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/4 c Melted butter	1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 c Milk	1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Sweet Potato Pone

Mix sweet potatoes with egg, melted butter & milk. Stir in corn syrup. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake in slow oven of 325 for 2 1/2 hours.
