Sweet Potatoe Casserole Ingredients

1/2 c Butter	1/4 ts Nutmeg
3/4 c Apple cider	1/2 ts Salt
3 lb Sweet potatoes	1/4 ts Cinnamon

Instructions for Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Boil sweet potatoes, peel, and mash them. Add cider, seasonings, and 1/3 cup of butter. Mix well. Place in greased baking dish. Dot with remaining butter.
