Pear, Cheddar and Sprout Sandwiches Ingredients

6 oz Cheddar cheese; pref. aged,	8 sl Whole grain bread; thick-cut
1/2 c Light mayonnaise	2 Pears; cored/thinly sliced
1/2 ts Fresh ground black pepper	Alfalfa sprouts

Instructions for Pear, Cheddar and Sprout Sandwiches

In a food processor, process cheese, mayonnaise and pepper to make a smooth spread. Transfer to a bowl, spread on bread slices. Arrange pears and sprouts on four of the bread slices; top with remaining slices. Cut into halves and serve. Makes 4 sandwiches.
