Sweet Potatoes Puffs Ingredients

1 lg Sweet potato; cook -- mash	1/4 c Skim milk
1 tb Onion -- grated	1 Egg substitute
1 tb Oil	1/4 c Flour

Instructions for Sweet Potatoes Puffs

pn Nutmeg Mix liquids and add dry ingredients and cooked potato. Make patties and fry in 1tb oil or make balls and bake at 350~ for 15 minutes.
