Lemon Bars Ingredients

1 c Butter	4 Eggs
1/2 c Powdered sugar	2 c Sugar
2 c Flour	1 Lemon, grated rind of
Salt to taste	4 tb Lemon juice
TOPPING	4 tb (rounded) flour

Instructions for Lemon Bars

Cream to crumb stage. Press into 9 by l3 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes Topping: Mix well, spoon on top of other mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
