Basic Freezer Ice Cream Ingredients

4 Eggs	3 cn (16-oz) evaporated milk
3 c Sugar (or less)	1 c Milk
2 ts Vanilla	3 c Peaches or other fruit;

Instructions for Basic Freezer Ice Cream

Beat eggs & sugar until frothy & mixed well. Add milk & mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze. Yields 3 quarts plain or 1 gallon with fruit.
