Basic Wheat Bread Ingredients

FOR 1 1/2 POUND LOAF	1 tb Sugar
2 ts Yeast; bread machine type	1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Bread flour	1 tb Vital Gluten
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour	1 tb Butter or margarine
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk powder	1 c + 2 T. water

Instructions for Basic Wheat Bread

Add ingredients to machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White bread cycle. Can do in timed baking cycle. Process on Light setting. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com NOTES : Makes a good sized loaf. Can add 1/2 tsp. dried herbs with the flour.
