Susies Spinach Casserole Ingredients

1 Box frozen chopped spinach (	2 Eggs
1/4 Onion diced	1 1/2 c Cottage cheese
1 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions for Susies Spinach Casserole

( Spinach must be drained well or the dish will have a puddle of water on the bottom). Mix together and bake at 350 degrees F. 30 minutes. Can top with extra cheese and put back in oven until melted.
